Most AI fitness chats know only the sentence you just typed. The Forjex AI coach can work through narrow tools that read your owned plans, recent workouts, body data, preferences, and check-in history. That context lets it answer a concrete question such as why a lift has stalled or how to fit three sessions into a changed week.

It can also propose a full training plan or a focused edit. The proposal is shown as a real plan change with exercises, targets, and schedule implications before it is applied. You approve the work. The coach does not quietly replace a plan because a single message sounded uncertain.

The coach separates conversation from action. It can inspect the relevant Forjex data, explain the recommendation, and then ask before changing anything.

    Ask a training question, request a plan, or complete a weekly check-in. You can include one photo when visual context is useful.

Plans

Build a schedule around your constraints

Tell the coach your goals, training experience, equipment, available days, and session length. It can propose a structured plan with exercises and targets that opens in the same plan builder used by manual plans.

Because the proposal becomes a normal Forjex plan, you can inspect and edit it rather than accepting a block of text that the workout tracker cannot use.

Context

Use history without pasting it into every chat

The coach can inspect recent training, plan structure, body information, and check-in history through owned data tools. It gets specific context for the current request instead of receiving unrestricted access to the whole account.

That lets a conversation continue from the work already stored in Forjex. You do not need to retype last week’s sets before asking about the next one.

Check-ins

Turn the week into a practical recommendation

Weekly check-ins combine structured answers with recent daily signals and training history. The AI coach can respond with clear next steps and, when needed, a proposed plan adjustment.

Job states are visible while longer work runs in the background. The app shows whether the request is queued, working, complete, or failed instead of leaving a chat request hanging without an answer.

Control

A suggestion is not a silent edit

Plan changes require approval. Tool inputs are validated before structured edits are applied, and errors can return specific feedback for another attempt rather than guessing at missing exercises or identifiers.

This keeps deterministic rules such as ownership, bounds, and plan validation outside the model while still letting the coach reason about the training decision.
