Overview

Start with a plan that tells you what to do next

The hardest part of starting at the gym is often not effort. It is deciding what to do, remembering the exercise, choosing a sensible weight, and knowing whether the set looked wrong. Forjex keeps those decisions in one flow with a training plan, exercise demonstrations, previous-set context, rest timing, and a live workout that records the session as you go.

The AI coach can propose a plan around your schedule, equipment, experience, and goal. You review it before it becomes active. Form analysis can explain a recorded set with annotated frames and clear limits when the angle is poor. Progress history, Squads, and the social feed then give the early weeks somewhere to go besides a private notes file.

How it works

Know the plan before you reach the gym

Forjex reduces the number of decisions inside the session, then gives you a useful record after it ends.

  1. 01

    Set the starting point

Tell the AI coach your goal, available days, equipment, session length, and experience, or build the plan yourself.

  2. 02

Follow one session at a time

Use exercise demonstrations, set targets, previous performance, rest timers, and mark-done controls to move through the workout.

  3. 03

Review the win you actually made

See completed sessions, exercise history, personal records, form feedback, and progress trends instead of judging the week from one mirror check.

What it changes

Built for the way beginners use it

01

Guidance

Exercise instructions stay close to the set

The exercise library contains 1,394 movements with instructions and demonstration clips. Filters by muscle, equipment, and movement type help you find an alternative when the planned station is busy.

Your own exercise history appears alongside the reference, so the next decision is based on what you did rather than a generic starting number.

02

Form feedback

See the finding and the reason behind it

Form analysis can return a score, summary, key findings, phase notes, recommended drills, and annotated pose frames. Original and annotated views let you check the feedback against the source video.

If the camera angle or visibility is not good enough, Forjex says so and guides a better retake instead of giving a confident-looking guess.

03

Momentum

Make early progress visible before it feels dramatic

Workout history, personal records, measurements, progress photos, and consistency all show different parts of the first training months. You do not need a transformation photo before the app can show that work is accumulating.

Squads and the social feed add people when you want them, while private tracking remains useful if you are not ready to share anything.
