Clients see their programs right in their workout tracker, no PDFs, no separate apps.

Coaching Platform in the Forjex app

Overview

One coaching relationship across plans, sessions, and check-ins

Online coaching often breaks into a PDF plan, a messaging app, a form link, a photo folder, and a payment service. Forjex keeps the coach’s work and the athlete’s daily training inside one product. The plan the coach assigns is the plan the client opens in the workout tracker, and the completed sets return to the same workspace.

Coaches get a roster, client profiles, program tools, adherence, check-in review, progress-photo annotations, messaging, groups, analytics, and payment operations. Athletes control access to sensitive surfaces and keep using the same training app whether they are self-directed, working with a coach, or moving between the two.

How it works

From coach discovery to weekly review

The relationship starts with a real profile and moves into a shared operating loop, without asking the athlete to maintain a second copy of their training.

  1. 01

    Find the right coach

Browse coach profiles, specialties, packages, and available information, then send an inquiry inside Forjex.

  2. 02

    Train from the assigned plan

The client opens the coach’s plan in the native workout tracker. Completed sessions, adherence, and shared progress return to the workspace.

  3. 03

    Review and adjust

Use messages, recurring check-ins, progress photos, form reviews, and plan edits to run the next coaching week from the same record.

Inside the feature

A coaching workspace connected to the athlete app

The core value is the shared record. Coaches manage the work, while clients see and complete it in the app they already use to train.

01

Programming

Build and assign plans that open as real workouts

Coaches can build training programs from the exercise library, manage assignments, and update the plan without sending a replacement PDF. The client sees the current version in Forjex and logs against it directly.

Nutrition assignments and structured intake tools can live beside training when the coaching service includes them.

02

Client review

See adherence and progress before the check-in call

The workspace brings together roster state, recent workouts, adherence, check-ins, progress photos shared by the client, form analyses, and progress signals. A review queue highlights work that needs attention.

Nightly AI insights can surface changes worth reviewing, but the coach remains responsible for the decision and the client relationship.

03

Communication

Keep messages and structured reviews attached to the work

Direct messages and groups support the ongoing conversation, while recurring check-in schedules create a repeatable review process. Coaches can create question sets for intake and check-ins instead of rebuilding a form for every client.

Progress-photo annotations and pose requests return to the relevant client surface, so visual feedback does not get separated from the photo it describes.

04

Business

Run the service as a real coaching business

Coach profiles, packages, inquiries, client status, and payout operations are part of the workspace. Stripe Connect supports coach payouts, and optional Stripe Identity verification can add an identity signal to the coach profile.

The athlete chooses the coach and controls access to sensitive data. Ending a coaching relationship should end the operational access tied to it, not trap the athlete’s own training history.

Questions

Coaching Platform, explained

The practical details people usually want before adding another fitness app to their routine.

No. Clients receive and complete assigned plans in the same Forjex iOS app they use for workouts, check-ins, progress photos, and messages.

Can coaches review client check-ins and progress photos?

Yes, when the client has granted the relevant access. Coaches can review structured check-ins and annotate shared progress-photo sessions.

Can a coach create recurring check-ins?

Yes. The coach workspace supports recurring check-in schedules and reusable question sets for intake and ongoing reviews.

How do coaches receive payouts?

Forjex uses Stripe Connect for coach payout operations. The dedicated coach page covers the business details.
