Overview

A member community built from the training already happening

Forjex gives a gym community something more useful than a broadcast feed. Members can track workouts, join Squads, follow gym friends, post training, and compete in challenges or leaderboards from the same app. The activity comes from real sessions and proof flows, so the community layer has more to work with than promotional posts.

A gym can organise members into training groups, challenge cohorts across several metrics, and let its coaches manage clients through the dedicated coaching workspace. Forjex is not presented as a replacement for access control, class booking, or the gym’s billing system. It is the training and community layer around the work members came to do.

How it works

Turn normal member activity into a shared loop

Members keep their individual training tools, while Squads and social surfaces give the gym a place to connect those efforts.

  1. 01

    Create the training groups

Use Squads for lifting crews, challenge cohorts, remote members, or clients working with the same trainer.

  2. 02

    Let sessions create the activity

Workouts, personal records, check-ins, posts, and challenge events can flow into the relevant social and Squad surfaces.

  3. 03

    Run a defined challenge

Choose tracked metrics or a proof-based test, publish the rules, and keep the standings and result visible to the group.

What it changes

Built for the way gyms use it

01

Member community

Give gym friends a place to keep training together

Following and Explore support the wider social graph, while Squads create smaller private groups with their own Pulse, reactions, chat, challenges, and leaderboards.

Members can share standard posts, short Bursts, and temporary Moments without leaving the fitness context that brought the group together.

02

Challenges

Use several metrics, not one definition of fitness

Group leaderboards can use steps, workouts, volume, active energy, distance, exercise minutes, and readiness. Proof-video challenges cover tests that cannot be resolved from a synced metric alone.

The rules and time window sit with the challenge, reducing the argument about what counted after members have already competed.

03

Trainers

Keep coaching clients inside the same member app

Trainers can build plans, manage rosters, schedule check-ins, message clients, review adherence, and annotate shared progress photos in the coaching workspace.

The client receives that work in the same iOS app used for training, which removes the duplicate plan and screenshot loop from the relationship.
